Poonam Shilkar Kalangutkar born and raised in Goa, has established herself as a young dynamic entrepreneur being post graduated with a MBA degree in Mktg. & Fin. Excelled academically, she began her career in the insurance sector, with 3+ years handling agency management at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. She later spent 11years working alongside her father, honing her skills and gaining deep insights into business operations.

 In 2020 Poonam started her own venture - Urban Dessigns in North Goa where she specializes in a diverse range of Interior & exterior products. She also oversees the execution of residential and commercial interior projects offering end to end solutions with a keen eye for detail and quality.
